CAN GIVE Day 2024 - Susan’s Big Wig Challenge

CAN GIVE Day 2024 saw Susan reaching new heights - participating in the 2024 Big Wig Challenge and abseiling down the 21m tall Canberra Hospital!

With the help of all her supporters she raised over $11,000 for the Canberra Hospital Foundation which will go towards making the healthcare journey for patients at the Canberra Hospital a more comfortable one. Susan came face to face with the importance of the amenities provided by the Foundation this year when supporting friend and colleague, Gabry, through her battle with cancer. This meant the Big Wig challenge 2024 meant that much more for Susan and it was in Gabry’s memory that she overcame her fear of heights.
